Tell us what you need
Click get started and complete the onboarding form. Tell us about the kind of website you’d like us to build, pick a theme, upload your colour scheme and some websites you like already. This gives us enough information to get started.
You only pay for hosting
Complete our simple checkout process and pay for hosting at £19.99 per month. At this point you can also book a call with our friendly team to discuss your website in more detail – this is optional but can be helpful if you have more complicated requirements.
Backend set up
We’ll set up the backend of your WordPress site, installing premium plugins like Elementor Pro (which is included in the offer for free). We’ll build everything on a temporary domain so you can see how it’s progressing in private.
Pushing your website live
We’ll review progress with you every step of the way and only when you’re happy with how the site looks and functions do we then push it live to your permanent domain.

To put a website online and to keep it online you'll need web hosting which typically costs about £9.99 per month but the server capacity at a basic level of hosting isn't very good.
So, to benefit from better hosting, we ask you to take hosting out with us on our premium server at the small cost £20 per month. Due to economies of scale, we're able to make a little bit of money off the monthly hosting.
But really, the free website offer is to help us connect with more business owners who may then go on to use us for other services such as digital marketing. About 10% of people go on to use us for other services and that's how we can afford to do this.

Our support continues after the site has been built and launched and includes daily backups, monthly security updates and uptime monitoring. In order for us to do that for 1,000s of websites at a time we need to have them hosted on our server. So taking out hosting with us is a super important part of the offer.
We only ever put websites live when you're completely happy with it. So, once we've put it live we'd ask you to stay with us for a minimum of 12 months. After which point you can take your site to another hosting provider or stick with us and we can maintain it for you for the monthly hosting amount.
Absolutely. It's your website and if after 12 months you want to host it elsewhere we'll give you access to do the FTP transfer.
Yes, that's good. All we need is access to it once we've built the site to push it live. If you don't have a domain we can help you get one.
